Well, everyone who has issues has ....well....issues. Dolvett is nice, but Ana Conda needs some very serious therapy.

Chris .... really do you have to be that needy. This is not junior high. In fact the more Chris whines the more she resembles ....... wait for it......Conda.

[Bearcata]

I thought it was needlessly cruel of Jeremy to say that he didn't think Conda would be eliminated while Black Team was waiting for the results of the vote. That was very deliberate, very pointed, very cruel. Wonder were he learned that? Big sister maybe?

[Bearcata]

Oh, Bob picking Daphne and Dolvett picking Conda if that wasn't on purpose, deliberate. The producers had to have a hand in this, it is just too, too obvious.

I couldn't agree more. As for the Red Team, it appears that they bonded. I really think it's really unnecessary to do all those commercials for their entrées. The nutritionist should talk about how to cook nutritious meals, we all know that we can buy stuff for a quick and easy meal from the grocery store.

My brother used to be 80 pounds heavier and had serious sleep apnea, partly because my entire family has deviated septum issues. He actually lost weight when he resigned his very stressful job and changed careers, but he still needed surgery for the apnea.

I am assuming he also got his deviated septum fixed?

Well, that was the main problem, i.e. the septum. He lost the weight by exercising and watching what he ate. Once the stress was gone, the pounds started to literally melt away. To date he exercises and he maintains his weight loss. His main aerobic exercise is walking every day along the River Thames from London to Greenwich listening to books on tape. He's a big Audible fan. And of course he lifts weights.

An idea: Conda may want to consider taking up Buddhism. It will really calm her down.

Roy lost 9 lbs and yet they send him home on the excuse that he is distracted and unfocused. Who cares he dropped 9 lbs.
