So the show starts off with a challenge.....

Ali tells the red team that Buddy had gone home because his wife is expecting to deliver their baby this week. He will be back for the weigh in. I didn't realize his wife was pregnant. I love babies!!!!

The team that wins the challenge gets the gym all week but the loosing team doesn't get the gym at all.

Challenge: obstacle course through a construction site. They have to carry a "pole" through the course. Each cone has a question with two answers. The one they pick that is the door they knock down with the pole. The wrong answer will end up being the most difficult course to go through.

Red team got two questions right in a row. The black team gets two wrong in a row. The questions are nutritional questions.

Red team got the third one wrong and the black team gets the third one wrong too.

Red team and black team get the fourth one wrong.

The last question....red team gets it right and the black team gets it wrong.

Red team wins the challenge and the gym for the week.

The black team got every question wrong. Now what does that say!?!?!?!

Dulvett visits the aqua team. He works them out. They seem to be working hard...harder than some of the others on the ranch.

Santa and Chris are in a tiff. She wants to give up and he is trying to talk sense in her.

Conda needs to shut the h*** up....rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr rrrrrrr.

Bob is talking to Chris.

The black team is complaining about how cold it is!! I'm laughing because I just ran in 20 degree weather the other day. Very normal here at this time of year...thank goodness we've had unseasonal weather this year. I hate the cold.

Dolvett is taking advantage of having the gym to himself.

Nancy is mouthing Dolvett...too funny!!!!

Conda just said she hates Dolvett. He heard it and isn't happy!!! She said she is used to being the boss and doesn't like that she isn't. I SOOOO hope he lets her have it!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to say.....if I had to work out that much and that hard for that long then I would sleep when I could. forget being social!!!

Bob is still having to deal with Gayle and her excuses and slowness.

Dolvette said everyone is giving their all except Conda....he is pissed!!! She rolls her eyes at him...he kicks her out of the gym and tells her that she can return when she isn't a baby!!!

Dolvette has a talk with Conda. He really cares and she doesn't. She finally apologizes but I don't think it's sincere.

Gail weighed 322 and now is down to 266. She has tendinitis in the hips. As a result she is in the pool a lot more.
