    Rock Center will be featuring a segment on Rulon Gardner on Wednesday, March 21st. I watched the video at the website and it looks like he has his head together a lot more than when he was on Biggest Loser.

    He still needs to lose more weight to qualify for the Olympic trials but he is confident he can if he is disciplined (based on his experience at the ranch). I liked the video because he was forthright about his struggles with food cravings.
