John took someone's place? I've been in and out cooking some early dishes for T Day (very ironic...), and I missed that. What does that mean?

Sunny is John's nearest competitor % wise. What did Sunny do for John that he feels so guilty about?

Antone calls John out. He agrees that John did what is best for him by giving Sunny the 1lb disadvantage but he shouldn't have voted for her and that is just plain wrong b/c she earned her spot above the yellow line. If John didn't already have a target on his back...he does now!!!!!

YAY!! Ramon is gone.

Ramon goes to see Jess....his hair is short and he has lost a lot more weight. He is down to 245lbs.

He takes Jess skydiving.

Ramon looks way better with short hair and w/o that scraggly beard. And less weight of course. He's lost about 31% of his original weight...now about to where John was when Ramon left. Girlfriend looks good and seem pleasantly surprised by Ramon's look, but I think he's already thinking marriage, not sure she is.
