Considering that the body adapts to any style of training in about 6 weeks this is the perfect time to switch up trainers and get someone who uses different techniques.
In a way I want blue team to win the weigh in to show the blue team contestants that it isn't just about the trainer. I also want red to loose so Bonnie is voted out.

Oh my goodness!!! We are seeing a food segment!! Oh my! Dulvette is teaching his team how to make their favorite food healthy. He is doing a salad and it looks delicious!!! I will have to get online and get it. Then he makes turkey burgers. Then a turkey breast type thing.
The one night I really wanted to watch but NOOOOOOOOO, we get KU basketball. I can wait up until 1am but I will be fast asleep by then. Oh well maybe it will be online tomorrow and I can watch it. Oh why did I ever get rid of TIVO!
