Rulon is all alone, not interested in relationships, wants to work on himself...and maybe mope over not being on the Wheaties. Cara thinks Rulon is sick of competing...been competing his whole life. Yes but can you describe her or give me something to jog my memory? I am trying to picture her.

This sounds bad...I am afraid to try hummus....I used to be extremely picky. (as in meats and tatars only) until I started WW. I will try almost anything but for some reason I haven't has the nerve to try hummus...

Rulon wants to say something BEFORE the weigh in....this will be the last time I'm on the scale...wants to leave for "personal reasons".

He left without weighing in. But they are still going to weigh in. Bob thinks Rulon was on the way to winning... I guess he doesn't look at the #s.
