Frado could save Burgandy but he saves Jessica....I'm surprised...he could have picked Burgandy to lessen the competition but he didn't so that does raise my respect for him. He saved Jessica b/c she was closest to not being below the yellow line.
Competition: there is 350' of carpet weighing over 900 pounds. They have to unroll it the length of a football field and then race back. The last person finished will join Burgandy in the elimination room.
I've had shin splints....when I started working out seriously...wow....it is painful and you have to stay off your leg for days.
This is another challenge that caters to the guys. I think they should be doing some of the balance related challenges, like doing laps on that ring suspended over water, or for that matter, something in the pool-- swimming ability wouldn't correlate quite as strongly with gender, at least for these guys.
I got them as well last summer and I couldn't work out for four months. It's brutal, especially if you try to tough them out.Quote:
