Time for nutrition advice....I think this is the most I've heard them talk about nutrition...that I can remember. They are talking about portion control, whole grain, organic, calories, don't drink your calories, etc....

I missed that, that sounds helpful.

One woman above the yellow line, one guy below. Yikes. Rick has the highest percentage and gets to save one person from below the yellow line. There is also a challenge for the people under the yellow line.

I had to pause the TV for a bit so I'm behind.....just now getting to weight in...I don't like this at all....I don't think anyone should go home the first week but they haven't even been there a week and someone is going home.

Mark lost 41 lbs....has anyone ever lost that much at first weigh in?

I won't recap what missboxer has indicated but Rick just lost 36lbs!! Wow!!!

Tentatively, I like that they get to fight to stay alive. I hope he picks Elizabeth to stay, I think she needs to be on the ranch with (presumably) medical help of some sort and supervision nearby until she gets adjusted to a workout routine that is safe for her.

I really don't want to watch a season of all men....I do think this shows how much it is easier for men to loose weight than women.

I knew there was a twist.....Rick can save one player and there will be a challenge for the ones under the yellow line.....

Wonder what the challenge could be...let's see....the "elimination challenge" consists of flags...the first to the first flag is safe...the remaining race again to second flag and so on.

Rick saves Patrick....of course....why would he not?!?!?

She was kind of right about what happened though (you could see that red girl do the same thing with her arms in EVERY race, to various extents), even if she acted very ungraciously about it.

And I'm positive she's going to target that girl in red from now on. She seems like the kind to hold a grudge.
