    Michael needs to get below 268lbs. He was 299 last week. Can he have lost another 31lbs???

    aww...youth. Daris has built up some great muscle tone, and his arms look great with no sagging. It's hard to believe he's lost almost 50% of his body weight.

    I love reading the play-by-play you all provide. I'm on the West Coast and won't be able to catch the show tonight (though my DVR will) but reading all of this is very satisfying THANK YOU!!!

    Personally I find these humane mouse traps rather ineffective. Better to lay down some glue and when you hear the critter scream you take a shovel to his head.

    I would have been happy with either of these three winning BUT didn't want a Bob win...does this count as a Bob win since they started off with both trainers and ended with both trainers..and only in two teams for a few weeks?
