matt from season 3 met daris on the marathon - looks as good as the last update show or maybe a bit better

sione met koli - i'm disappointed in how much weight sione looks like he put back on

ali vincent met ashley - she looks great, as always. pink power and all that

mike (ron's son) met mike - mike is STACKED. he looks great

Daris finishes the marathon first at 4:02:12....his personal goal was 4 hours but he did great!

Koli finishes the marathon second at 6:08:07.

Micheal and Ashley finish together at 6:26:18

Koli had a HORRIBLE race plan. I know it's really hard to run a marathon but at least go into it with a sensible plan, not trying to ride the tail of the fastest runner in the group. Ali Vincent looks great. Speaking of people I'd like to see, I wonder what Michelle is doing.

Daris crushed that marathon. I bet that will be the first of many for him. His sister looks like a runner, so I bet its in the genes.

Finishing a marathon on sand just seems cruel.

I totally agree! He didn't set a pace and hit it full force...that is a no no.

I know! I didn't realize how close they actually were...it goes to show how starting with a good plan and keeping a good pace in the long run wins. Koli could barely walk when he finished!
