Is anyone else watching? I could totally see them picking one of the crowd from the 5k to be on the next season... either the woman trying to reverse her entire family health history, or the woman Koli and Sam helped to finish at the end.
And they're herding cattle for immunity. I'm not going to lie, unless they were heavily sedated, I think I'd be a little unnerved.
Sunshine putting all her cows into O'Neal's pen, Sam putting his into Koli's to repay the favor/help ensure that Koli will make the final four.
O'Neal is going hardcore and landing in the dirt and Sunshine gets upset.
i was a runner on the daris's team...it was amazing to see them...what an experience
And Koli wins and says he's glad that Sam is sacrificing himself for him, that it means a lot or something.
Actually maybe the girl from the assembly Jillian spoke at will be on the next season.
80sdiva, did you see yourself on tv tonight? It's really cool that you got to participate.

Thanks Missyboxers - your updates are helping me get through the wait until the west coast show.
The cattle challenge sounds pretty fun to watch. Kind of like an Amazing Race task?
80'sdiva, I'll be watching for you when it comes on here :)
No prob Cootie.
The yellow team went home for O'Neal's brother's funeral, so five last chance workouters. Michael fell off his treadmill and told Bob to leave him alone when Bob started yelling at him to get back on the treadmill... needless to say, Bob did NOT take that well.
Weigh-in is at the American Airlines Center.
Hey Texans, does it usually get down to 34? And might there have been a cold snap in late Jan/early Feb that sticks out in any minds?
