My mom had appendicitis this summer, not fun. She was in full on recovery mode for a good week, so I can't imagine Miggy doing all that much.

She had her appendix removed and a cyst and a 'mass'? All she can do is walk, but she is still in the competion.

All she can do is walk, and unlike past injured contestants probably can't be in the pool yet until the stitches and insides heal (at least 1-2 weeks?). When I had lap-band I was walking the same night, not for long distances, but it felt good to move.
