I am not really connecting with it, but this season is the first one I have watched. I want to watch it though because I want to see how the people who have successfully kept the weight off have done it. So far it looks like they have all become fitness instructors.

I really loved Matt and Suzy--I'm glad they are still relatively thin. Suzy's had two babies so she gets a bit of a break I think
