The problem with getting fake boobs is that people want to get their money's worth and don't stop to think about staying with a size that is proportionate to the rest of the body - her chest size borders on the ridiculous - if they are real I'd invest in breast reduction and if they're fake I'd just get the silicone (or whatever they use these days ) removed and scale it down a bit. :thud
