Welcome back to another week of The Biggest Loser! The contestants are quickly losing weight, and now instead of weighing as much as 3 people, some of them only weigh as much as 2 and ˝ people! Nobody was eliminated last week because the entire group met their weight loss goal. The producers gave the contestants about 400 free pounds, but who's counting?

Anyway, the show begins with the after weigh-in excitement of last week. They are proud of themselves, they can fly, they can lift small mountains, etc. The next morning, everyone is heading to the gym but Alison meets them before they can go in. She says that they will have many decisions to make in this game, starting right now. This is “Would you rather?” week. They can either keep their trainers for the week or get a 2lb advantage at the weigh-in. Only one team is allowed to have the advantage and Bob and Jillian will still be in the gym working with the teams who decided not to take it. If nobody takes the 2lbs, the stakes will go up. Tracey decides to take it and Coach Mo's jaw about drops to the ground. He isn't very happy. Tracey doesn't want another team to get 6 or 8lbs. Mo is worried that he isn't going to have Bob or Jillian.

Everyone is sitting around the kitchen when Bob and Jillian walk in. How convenient. They want to know if anyone took the 2lb advantage and Tracey admits that she did. Bob and Jillian are furious and say it is a slap in the face and not even worth it. Jillian doesn't think Tracey is the brightest bulb. Bob asks everyone to go to the gym, but asks the Purple Team to hang back. Bob and Jillian lecture Tracey a bit and tell her to think about her decisions before she acts.

Abby visits Dr. H and finds out that she has a stress fracture in her tibia. She is allowed to go in the pool, but she can't do any land based exercises until she has a significant drop in her pain. Awww. I like Abby. I hope this doesn't hinder her weigh loss. Bob says she has to be exact with her nutrition this week since she can't exercise like the others. *insert yogurt promo here*

The contestants walk outside to find Alison standing there and she announces that it's time for the season's first temptation. Since the theme this week is “Would you rather?”, contestants will be faced with some more difficult decisions. Large or super sized? Okay, not really, but I bet that's a hard decision for them. At this week's weigh-in, only one person from each team will represent the team on the scale. WHAT?! The winner of this week's temptation will get to decide who the representative will be from each team. Interesting. Each player heads into a booth (kind of like a voting booth) where they can't see the people on either side of them. Inside the booth is a silver tray with a lid on it. Under everyone's lids there sits a single cupcake. So what is the temptation you ask? Whoever eats the most cupcakes in 10 minutes will win the temptation. Control over who weighs in doesn't seem like a particularly tempting prize to me, but who knows. These people (particularly Tracey) are power trippers. Antoine eats a cupcake. Tracey rationalizes that she is playing a game and begins to stuff her face full of cupcakes like she's the chunky kid at the birthday party. Antoine ended up eating 2 cupcakes. Tracey ate 4 cupcakes. She wins the competition, but says she feels sick now. Oh man, Bob and Jillian are going to kill her (if Coach Mo doesn't get to her first!)

It's gym time and Bob and Jillian say that anyone who caved to the temptation is an idiot. Tracey raises her hand and Jillian can't even look at her. Jillian is super pissed and says that she needs to calm down or she is going to throttle Tracey with her bare hands. Jillian yells some more and says that Tracey is bananas, B-A-N-A-N-A-S. Everyone begins to work out with the trainers. Amanda is worried that she is going to be the person to weigh-in for the Pink Team. Coach Mo watches what Jillian and Bob are doing with others and copies the routines.

The contestants walk into a field to face this episode's challenge. There is a big incline with buckets stacked up in a pile. Alison announces that the winner of the challenge will win immunity at the next weigh-in. Each team has to haul 500lbs to the top of a ramp. Every time they carry a bucket containing weight up the ramp, their team's colored flag will raise a bit. The first team to raise their flag completely will win. Of course there is a decision involved, because this is the week of decisions, remember? Contestants can choose to carry two 5lb buckets from a close distance or one 25lb bucket from across the field. Tracey and Abby are both injured so they have to sit out. This means that Julio, Mo, and Allen are competing as individuals. They only have to carry 250lbs up the ramp. Alison asks the teams for their decisions regarding which route they are going to take. Purple, Green, Pink, and Blue are the only teams who decide to just go for the 10lbs at a time. I don't blame Mo, he's pretty old. I'm a bit disappointed in the Pink ladies though. They can carry the heavy buckets. When all is said and done, Allen comes out with the win on behalf of himself and Abby. Yay! Go Green! I was worried that Abby might be in trouble this week because of her injury I'm glad they have immunity. The rest of the contestants decide to finish the competition anyway even though someone already won. Mo is still plugging along, so everyone goes to Mo's area and carries the rest of his weight for him together. They all hold hands at the top of the ramp. Awww. Let's sing songs and eat marshmallows and pet fluffy puppies and look at rainbows!

During the last chance workout, Jillian reveals that she and Bob are focusing on the girls in the house because there is a good chance Tracey is going to be putting them on the scale. I'm always amazed at how much they all sweat. It looks like they just got out of a swimming pool. I bet it always smells stinktastic in that gym. *sniff* Ah yes, do you smell it? It's the smell of desperation. Jillian says the difference between Bob and herself is that Bob is the good parent and she is the bad parent. Jillian yells at Dina while Bob says he is focusing all of his attention on Amanda. They get in a fight over the treadmill speed and she starts to whine and cry. She does what Bob asks her to and he says he gets pissed off when she says she can't do things.

Back at the ranch, it's time for people to kiss Tracey's power cupcake filled ass. Daniel asks Tracey to let him weigh in rather than Shay. Tracey says that she and Mo haven't discussed yet who is going to weigh in for each team, but they did talk about Shay. They both feel that Shay really needs to be in the game and needs to stay. The Pink Team corners Tracey and asks that Rebecca be the one to be put on the scale since she always pulls a bigger number than Amanda. Tracey admits that she is worried that she and Mo might go below the yellow line and asks the Pink Team how they would vote. Rebecca is honest and says that she just can't say right now. Tracey isn't happy about that. At tonight's weigh-in, 2 teams will fall below the yellow line and 1 team will be going home. Tracey says that if she could do everything again, she wouldn't take either power because it has been too much stress. Mo says he supports Tracey's decisions. Jillian chimes in and says that Tracey didn't think about Mo and that he shouldn't be supporting Tracey because he needs to be there and Tracey made a crappy decision. Jillian goes off and says that she doesn't think Tracey learned anything from her bad decisions and that Tracey is full of sh**. Whoaaa!! Go Jillian! Jillian tells Mo to start looking out for himself because Tracey isn't going to do it for him. Let's check the results!

Nobody is happy for Tracey. Everyone stands there in silence and Jillian swears. They were all wishing she didn't lose the weigh and they could vote her out.

The Orange Team and the Red Team both fall below the yellow line. One team will be going home. Sean realizes that both teams worked hard, but it is pretty clear that Orange should stay over Red.

It's deliberation time and Shay cries about her life story and says that she is so unhappy inside and cries about how she hates herself inside and says she doesn't think she can go home. Antoine says he can't tell everyone who to vote for. He says that he wants to stay, but at the same time both guys on the Red Team have a strong support system at home. Sean and Antoine want to sacrifice themselves so that Shay can stay. Shay is touched that everyone is supporting her so much. I like this group of contestants. It isn't so much about gameplay like it was with Vicky and her horrible crew. Shay asks everyone not to give up on her.

The contestants head to the elimination room to reveal their votes. I think I know how this is going to play out, but here are the vote totals:

Black votes for Red
Green votes for Red
Pink votes for Red
Purple votes for Red

With 4 votes, the Red Team has been eliminated. They sure are some classy guys. Bravo. I'm going to miss their weigh-in dances. *sniffle*

When Sean started the show, he weighed 444lbs. Today he weighs 324lbs. He still has that same baby face. I mean really, he looks like he is about 18. He can run with his kids and not be out of breath. Sean and his wife are expecting a baby girl anyday now and they plan to name her Jillian. Aww, how nice.

When Antoine started the show, he weighed 367lbs. Today he weighs 262lbs. Wow, he looks great! Guess who he's dating? Alexandra!! I guess we know who her crush was! Good for them! Antoine hopes to be under 200lbs for the finale.

Next week, Shay tells off Tracey. Tracey acts surprised. Apparently Tracey has some kind of injury that is going to prevent her from working out. She gets upset and whines that she isn't finished. The words “Coincidence or karma?” flash on the screen. Ohh, the suspense builds! I hope she gets kicked off. She sure is nasty. Maybe she can give Vicky or Heba a call. I hear they are looking to add some members to the bitch squad.
