I automatically started disliking her when I realized she was going to continue to use made-up words like "wanna" and "outta" throughout her profile. This isn't so irritating to me when I hear someone doing it, but when someone writes that way, it drives me up a wall (or should I say "uppa wall," in Karen-speak? :rolleyes ).

I find her random little answers very amusing. As for her one hint to politics, I hope she doesn't start bringing up political stuff on the show. Political discussions on reality TV just irritates me. | |

She seems wacky. I like her but I doubt she'll last long.

When she answerrd about music that she liked, she said anything of her husbands. That must mean he is in a band or something and practises at home. That fills in the 24/7. All her portraits shown in the thread look so sad to me. They looked depressed. She definitely has talent! I was just wondering if these two shots gave a little into her personality maybe. As an artist usually paints into a painting some of their own person, would the people in both different types of paintings looking depressed mean that maybe she is? I know her intent was to have the Sopranos being solemn, but they look more down and depressed than solemn. Same with the ball players. Her joking in the Q&A seemed forced. Her answer about what she will miss most must mean she and hubby are very active. If he is in a band, do you think she is going to wonder if he is still having fun without her? Just add in a little more stress on her at the start. She could be one of the first to crack if anyone gets on her case about something. Personally, just from what we have seen now, I don't think she has the staying power.

She seems quirky and I will keep an open mind about her. Its hard to prejudge someone based on a brief bio, photo, and shallow "likes/dislikes" section. I love sketching and I definitely appreciate her talent if she painted the Sopranos, Jeter, etc. They kind of remind me of those ugly plates on sale in the USA Weekend edition, but I couldn't paint like she can, so I give her credit. If she's the type to make off the cuff comments, she might be in trouble early. Anyone remember Lori from BB3? Or Amanda from BB4 (other than she slept with David)?
