You've never eaten frog legs? Fancy French restaurant? They don't have a lot of meat on them.

He might do better in Survivor with all the outdoors skills!

I finally got around to watching his video ... and that accent makes him sound like a Hantz family member. The accent also sounds a tad like Arkansas. Tennessee , I thought was a lot "softer" but perhaps there are differentb regional accents.

Some people have a difficult time listening to people with strong accents, because we tend to listen to how they sound and miss some of what they are saying.
That could go either way for him ... but I like him.

When they hunt frogs ... what do they do with the ones they catch?

I had them once as they were "free" at a grand opening event. A couple of ladies couldn't eat theirs because thy couldn't take how they looked on the plate!

They offered them to me and went for seconds so I coud have even more.

A portion like they were serving would cost $15 - $20 . Would I pay $20 for this "appetizer"? Never.

I also wonder what they do with the rest of the frog?

    Do they dissect legless frogs?

I don't think he is talking Mormon missions. Maybe just generic Christian. To me it sounds like smaller trips to help areas that need it. I belong to a Protestant church and our older youth went to Joplin MO on a missions trip to help build houses for those who lost theirs. The Mormons usually do one big 2 year trip to recruit new members.

Oh that's right. They always had legs. It's been many, many decades ago. I had forgotten.

My impression of frog legs was that they were like snails...good for what they were cooked in/with, rather than the meat itself....which was ok, but not much.
