Did you call their tech support dept.? I had to do that before - they take forever, but they can help you get it running (unless it's something to do with your computer.)
    Good luck!

I had a difficult time getting it to work at first.

If you have a firewall of any type, or if you are set to not allow cookies, you have to disable it for your first log in. I even had to go back and wipe out an old realplayer cookie. But it works fine after that, even with the firewall up.

I'd be glad to try to help, instead of calling Real (yuck.)

But I need more info...what do you mean by you opened "it" and "it" doesn't "show up."

Are you meaning you opened RealOne and you don't know how to get the feeds? Or what?

    I have a question too...when you're done answering macontosh's.

Every once and a while, I get a message that an error occurred with Real Player and it has to close. The details say..."REALPLAY caused an invalid page fault in module DRV43260.dll." Has anyone had this problem? Is this just a kink that needs to be worked out?

Mike, you'll have to call Real about that one lol.

Mac, I've still got a few questions. Did you actually login when it told you to? After you logged in did you try to click the 24/7 think on CBS' site?

Brian, If you may have any ideas or suggestions as to why my live feeds on realone are blurry, almost "pixeled" most of the time, I would appreciate your thoughts. Sometimes it is fine but majority of the time if they are switching views on the cams, zooming in or out, or someone moves too much it is blurry and has a "water-like" effect on the picture. Maybe this is normal?
