I think she was partly sincere. I think she forgot what she had said about Helen. It appeared to me that that was the comment that shook her the most when Julie read them to her. I think she doesn't care one whit about Candice or what she said to her, other than perhaps how it makes her look, but, IMO she was sincerely apologizing to Helen. It made her nervous to say it, at the very least, because her voice was a bit shaky, just like after Julie told her about herself on her elimination night.

I think Aaryn was very much raised to know exactly how she should act in public, and the proper way to behave in "polite society." Problem is, Aaryn forgot just how very "public" the BB house is. Her filters were off and her true self was revealed. When Julie pointed out what she said, Aaryn got that huge reality check of "oh crap, people were actually watching me." Once she realized, the pageant girl facade kicked in and she started behaving exactly how she was supposed to and apologized. IMO, her apology was as fake as her extensions. She's sorry all right - but only because she came of in a bad light.

I believe the apology was sincere. What was said can be forgiven, but it takes awhile to forget, especially if there's no apparent change in speech. Time will tell.

I didn't buy her on-air apology either -- when she walked out of the house, she was surprised at the boo's, and was shocked when Julie started reading off the list of things she said, and she denied saying them at first. She apologized once she realized that this is what America thought of her all this time.

She's had time to think about it more in the jury house, and maybe she's more remorseful now. But when she first walked in to the jury house and apologized, she did it because she knew she had to do damage control.

We saw the ease with which the epithets rolled off her tongue. Everything she says to the contrary is calculated, and I don't believe a word of it.

The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realise it doesn't say anything it's too late to stop reading it.
