I seemed to have missed a lot last night! Anyways, are some of the houseguests (Renny, Keesha, Libra, Dan(well America) still planning on voting out Jessie? And is April really going to use the veto? If so who does she want to replace Jessie with?

Jerry is a guy... Jessie, apparently, only terrorizes women... Maybe he thinks his muscles give him an advantage with them??? He manipulates April, and lets April do his dirty work on Jerry...

OH Great! Now, I can't look at Memphis the same. All I see is Spencer. YUCK!!

"she doesn't control everything....these people are control freaks"

they're also respect freaks. Why would anyone give a rat's butt about whether or not someone else "respects" you? IMHO those kind of people have very low self esteem and self worth, if they're all wrapped up with someone else's opinion. Play the game your own way, if if you do something that garners respect, respect will come. And if it doesn't, who the heck cares?

I teach in an Atlanta suburb and make about $60,000 a year. Of course the cost of living is higher here, but like your daughter I take advantage of opportunities to make extra money. I tutor in the No Child Left Behind program after school, teach summer school, and teach adult professional development courses. I have a Masters and more than 20 years experience and my hourly rate (based on 191 contract days) is about $42.

Most teachers are not in it for the money anyway.

    Ah, TG1985...

It sounds pretty good based on those figures, LOL...

But I was actually wondering what it worked out to adding in the approximate hours spent in non-paid, but required activities...

And I totally agree with your last statement...

PK, you are the exact same age as my Dad and you both are very open minded. Except I did want to get a tattoo for my 30's birthday and he freaked out. It's OK for my brothers but not his baby girl Jerrry's an idiot.

Hah... Tell him I said it's OK, as long as it's tiny and doesn't show...

I have found closed minds (and idiots) come in all ages...

A lot of the stuff Jerry comes up with is as valid as the stuff the "kids" come up with... Everyone has a different idea of how to play the game. Not necessarily right or wrong, just different, like opinions...
