Re: How to cancel your live feeds

Yay, I remembered to call this year! Just canceled my feeds, I'll have them until 9/25.

They weren't as pushy about it this time, but I was definitely talking to India. Only took a minute by phone.

When I signed up I think I purchased 3 months; do I still need to cancel?

Re: How to cancel your live feeds

yes, i believe it automatically renews. so either cancel, or make sure you aren't maxed out on your card when the charge comes through

i got the free trial at the beginning of the season but couldn't really spare the cash so i cancelled before the 2 weeks was over. as always, i talked to someone who barely spoke english, who tried to talk me out of it by offering all kinds of excuses, etc. i hate that you can sign up online but you have to talk to a real person to cancel. you should be able to cancel online too.

Re: How to cancel your live feeds

be prepared to say "no thanks" several times ... seriously. once you figure what the heck they're saying, they will ask you WHY you are cancelling, and then will keep enticing you to "we have surprises coming up you won't want to miss", etc. so yes, stick to your guns and keep saying "no thanks, i want to cancel". once they finally get the hint, you do get an email within a couple of minutes saying you're cancelled. it just takes a bit of convincing.
