I doubt he means it, but Joe just promised Dan he won't put him up next week as a nom or backdoor if Dan votes Frank out this week. Again, I'm sure he would stick him up there in a second, but how hilarious would that be?

Joe thought the fight between Dan and Dani was an act, but now he knows they're really mad at each other. Boy, I don't know how any secrets in this house are safe with the brilliant mind of Joe figuring them out. (shakes head)
