Pulling out my hair! I thought I got around the sign up problem on Firefox by creating a new account - which took - but now the superpass page won't load for the same reason it wouldn't accept my previous sign-in. It says I may need to clear cookies, but I can't even find the tools icon on the Firefox page which is tied to google; nor can I find it in the drop down box.

I downloaded RealPlayer - why I don't know - but I thought it might help. Anyway, blood pressure is up so I'll fuss with it again later.

I'm going to wait till closer to showtime to order, in case they have any other glitches to fix or bombs to drop.

I hope BBLite works again this year -- they haven't updated their webpage or replied to any FB wall posts since the end of last season.

I finally went through the help section on the pulldown for Firefox and found where I could clear recent history and cookies. It worked - at least using my new email account sign-in. I can now get the Superpass pages to work. I pulled BBLite out of my recycle bin and restored it. The first time I opened it, it gave a sign in page, now the opening page is white. I'll open it again later after I've closed and reopened my computer.

Now the pain of logging in to my favorite sites. Clearing cookies is...

Stressful evening! I discovered that by downloading Real Player (new computer from last August so I used BBLite at the time, not real player) I cut off all videos from playing on Firefox. FINALLY I found a community help page in the Firefox pull down that said possibly going into Real Player Preferences and fiddling with a checked box there it would work. It did! I can now view you tube, etc. again. If you run into the same problem PM me and I'll give you specifics.

Real Networks claims to be less evil than they were a few years ago, but they're still pretty evil about taking over your computer with its software.

They just settled a class action suit in Washington state over years of unwanted subscription charges:

Does anyone have the BBLite website, I need to load it on my laptop? There several sites for it,just want to get the same one I used last year. Thanks
