I like him so far based on his interviews. Reminded me of Jeff initially, but that's a lot to live up to.

The producers seem pretty desperate for another showmance based on the number of people who have stated they're open to such a thing. I'm guessing Shane and Kara are at the top of their wishlist.

Sure it does. I have a Master's degree but I quit working in the corporate world to flip houses. I made four times my annual salary in the first 18 months and I'm a lot less stressed. Maybe he recognizes there is a fortune to be made in this real estate mess. Maybe he realized he didn't want to be a doctor and his personality is more suited to demolishing walls and wielding a hammer.
