Yes, they are.

I think Matt's reasoning for putting Kathy up was very good in that everyone will buy it. Kathy was unlikely to be a vote for him anyway if he made final 2 and he now stands a chance of keeping Brigade votes if he makes it to the final 2.
I know some people think it's a waste of a week, but I think it was the most sensible decision strategically. It leaves him with the greatest amount of options.

This is an important hoh. Could set the tone for the next few weeks.
I really, really want Ragan to go next week.
