How does this work? Are we allowed to change our team after EVERY show or is it just every week? If we are then that changes it up a bit.

You can change it before every show, right up until air time. I changed my team for what I think will happen on Wednesday's show. Then as far as I understand, you can then change your team again for Thursday's show.
