Yep, she's just so damn nice. And her lack of simple intelligence is oddly endearing.

As I understand, she would talk to Jeff when nobody else would, because she was imagining what it would be like if that was her and how it would make her feel. I don't use this a lot, but aw. I wish more people were like her.
