I'm not sure if it's open to non-jury members. Even if it is, she didn't do anything game-wise to deserve it. She won nothing, had no strategy other than campaigning for herself when her life was on the line, and she was very low-key in the house. So she stood up to Rachel...big deal.

Exactly. I can't imagine she's a serious contender if there is a prize, even if it is open to the early boots.
If Rachel hadn't won hoh that week Kristen would have likely gone on to cruise for at least a couple more weeks without making any serious moves in the game.
