NOTE: This thread is about dealing with Real about SuperPass -- subscribing, cancelling, trouble-shooting RealPlayer and the web browser, etc.

SUBSCRIBING

You can buy a SuperPass account from Real.com: Sign-In To Superpass

You can watch the feeds via their website (Superpass / Big Brother 14) or by using RealPlayer.

If you subscribe, don't forget to cancel your subscription just before BB ends this season, otherwise they will keep charging you all year. (Some people keep SP for its other features, but most people just buy it for the summer to watch BB).

CANCELLING: (from Real's Knowledge Base page)

By phone:

Visit the Contact Support page, click the button next to Cancel Subscription, and we'll display a toll-free number for you to call.

(Note: It's 1-866-212-1343. Hours of operation - Mon–Fri: 6AM-6PM PT; Sat & Sun: 7:30AM-5PM PT. Have your account number ready.)

Online:

1. Visit your My Account page: https://account.real.com/acct/login.html.
2. Type your email address and your password, and then click the Sign in button.
3. Under the My Memberships section, you will be able to view your current active subscriptions.
4. For each subscription that you want to cancel, click the Cancel or edit membership settings link, and follow the instructions.

I just called to cancel my feeds and since I was paid up to May 25 the guy tried to sell me on keeping the live feeds and when I said no he gave me 2 free months (and I have received an email to confirm that) till July 25 which will be after the BB 10 starts.

Well that's interesting. I wasn't going to bother cancelling for two months since BB10 starts so soon...maybe I should cancel and get them for free.

I just want my music downloads.

mine won't expire for about 5 weeks yet ... i wonder if they're going to replay this season from the start like they did the last couple?

when I called today, they did say they are replaying them. Mine don't expire until 10/28 - so I have access until then even though I canceled as of today.

I totally forgot to cancel my live feeds after the last season. I logged onto my credit card account online and saw they charged me 40 bucks again 3 days ago. Urgh.

So, the lesson here is: If you are forgetful like me, CANCEL YOUR FEEDS!

Do you think if I call them tomorrow, they would reverse that charge? Probably not, huh?

This is why I didn't get feeds last year. I am so bad and not calling and canceling stuff.
