Real/Superpass.com - Subscribing, Canceling, Shows & Troubleshooting

I'm so glad to be back watching Big Brother again, but not so much the no sleep and staying up late with the live feeds. I'm gonna go ahead and go to bed tonight because my weekend is going to be full of Live feed watching and plus I'm recording Showtime as well...

FYI: This thread is for dealing with SuperPass -- subscribing, cancelling, the content at SP's website, and working with their web interface and/or RealPlayer.

So far, the feeds are working on my iPhone using the Puffin browser app. Just using Safari, I still get the Adobe Flash error message, even though SuperPass says that the webpage should detect which browser/device is being used and configure accordingly. Maybe it will take a little time for this to happen (or maybe it's a bunch of hooey and they know it) :lol

Feeds are working just fine using the Puffin browser on my iPad! Thanks for the tip on that, MFWalkoff. I am looking forward to sitting around away from my computer but still able to watch the feeds! They look good.

I have the live feeds & would like to know when should I cancel the feeds. This week or next? Any help on this matter will be appreciated.

If you ordered with the early bird special, your subscription will continue beyond the show for a few weeks. I'm not going to cancel until after the Finale and all the SuperPass specials have finished for the year.

I ordered the Early bird special and cancelled my subscription yesterday. But, since I had pre-payed for the three months, I still have the super pass until that time is up, which is early October. So, I don't have to worry about cancelling in time, and I still get to watch the rest of the season and the extras at the end.

I did not sign up for the early bird specials. I just signed up 2 weeks ago for the 3 day freebie & then 14.99 per month. I think I should cancel after the finale. Please your thoughts.

You'll be charged $14.99 for the month whether you cancel now or after the finale. Just make sure you DO cancel or they will charge you monthly.

Yeah, just cancel right after the finale, and you should only be charged through September.
