It comes just after I hit the I Accept button, which (based on some late-night Googling) I do believe is supposed to then ask me to review some disclosures and then provide my receipt and the download options. It's bizarro! I may just have to give up, at this point.

Weird. But you were able to get to the actual real.com link, right? Here?


If the link is working, but you're unable to proceed from there, try:

• clearing your cookies and cache
• Maybe it's a popup blocker giving you problems.
• Try using using a different browser (I use FF).

Does anyone have the phone number to cancel the live feeds. I just can't get into the people this season. If I have to force myself to watch it then it's not worth the money. I can't seem to find the number anywhere.

I don't have the number, but I cancelled by email last season. I know they said you have to call, but I sent an email saying that I signed up for the feeds online and I want to CANCEL online, I had no interest in listening to their spiel to get me to keep subscribing. I got my cancellation notice the next day.

Thanks again for the help in getting the feeds!! I re-submitted the whole process twice a day until it went through. Never did figure out what the issue was...
Now, I'm trying to decide whether or not it's really entertaining enough to pay, when all the good stuff happens after I go to bed.

If you do decide to cancel, you only have three days (from date of sigh-up) to to do so.

Sheesh - not only did the superpass go way up in price, but now they only give you 3 days. What a joke. It's always been 14 days in the past.

What I don't get is why - since the revenues they're making from this [unscheduled] winter edition is basically gravy to them - are they milking us? I mean, why didn't they try and milk us during All-Stars instead of doing it in a year where they're having back-to-back seasons? I don't get it.
