| Michael seems like a sweety...basically nice and very tender (which also makes him quite vulnerable in this situation). I think he's the type of person who might want acceptance so badly that he'll do just about anything to fit in, and that worries me. I think he has a conscience but not much of a spine, and I hope he doesn't end up doing things before the show is over that will make him feel guilty for a long time to come.

Look, I'm not judging the guy with bad intentions here. I'm judging him based on what's best for him. I like the guy too and I do think he's a good genuine fella, a good citizen even a good role model for others.... but the fact of the matter is BB is just not a good setting for him to be vulnerable like that is stupid and bad-judgement on his part. I don't care how much money he's playing for.... again remember Paradise Hotel (with beau, charla and the others)? Nothing good came out of that show. Quote:

| look, why would it be fair for someone like Micheal to work X-times more harder just to gain some respect or "game advantage" than folks like Jase or Drew who doesn't need to sweat a drop and get all their upper hand they need (generally speaking)? and..... And..... he doesn't need to put up with people like marvin who obviously have no sense of human emotions at all why does he need to put up with his "crap"? |

Because he wanted to. And because he is a productive "PERSON" over the age of 21 he is allowed to make his own choices. Do you really think he hasn't looked in the mirror ? What I see is a man of quality, what others see is up to them. He has just as much right to try his hand at this game as any of the others, and I say "THANK GOODNESS" for someone of quality character there instead of the fluffs/snobs to which we are usually treated. Even if he does not win, place or show he has comported himself thus far with respect and I'm proud that he is from my state. Edited to change "male" to "PERSON".

| I have to assume that no one in this discussion knows Michael personally. If that is truly the case, how on earth can any one of us sit and determine his mental or physical capacity? For all we know he may be as dumb as a stump or a borderline rocket scientist. I'm in no position to determine any of that. I have enough trouble trying to correct my own grammatical errors and spelling. As far as him needing to be out of the house to get himself straight, I have to agree. I feel that it was totally unfair to ever put him in the position he finds himself. Now that he is in the position, I admire him for hanging in. I just like him because he is more "my kind of people". I also think he could use the money more than anyone else in the house. |

| I would rather know someone with big heart than a huge ego... At least he isn't prancing about like Jase or Scott, whose Sun they revolve around is their own reflected shallow image. But bullies of the world will always have fans. People often admire sheer power, hey Saddamn had fans, granted it's not always pretty (think Michael Moore in a speedo bad) Michael is real. If that includes his accent, his hat, his need to visit a good dental pro, so be it......he still seems to me a lot better person than pretty boys Jase or Scott will ever be. |

I doubt even the best, smartest player in the world could deal with the fishbowl life after learning the sister he never knew he had was there, AND that his father never even knew about him! (He said "I know Mama's side of the story and now I need to learn his" which indicated to me that his mother had told him that they had been deserted) I don't remember the name, but there was a young lady in the 2001 season that lost her cousin in the Twin Towers. It was just cruel for her that she was still there, didn't hear right away and wasn't with family. | |
