He seems intelligent and well-spoken to me. But, somehow, he also comes across to me as having a temper - I hope the 'keeping it real' doesn't translate into lots of arguments...

He needs his mouth washed out with soap and the others think he's creepy. He should play up the angle of big fat sweet teddy bear man that everyone loves instead of being a perv.

He's a mortician, not an actor.

What'd you expect from a guy who lists sex as a hobby?

After watching this evening's show, I can honestly say I detest Marvin.

I don't find him interesting or amusing in the least. And his arrogance & obnoxiousness (especially regarding the Michael/Jennifer revelation) made me want to throw things at the TV screen.

He can't be evicted fast enough, imo.

I find Marvin to be very rude & inconsiderate, but so far, the only 'entertainment' of the show. This guy is going to get into some heated arguments, you just know it's comming, they all had fits when he ate up all the fajitas (). He won't last real long though.

Second the motion. He's despicable.

This guy is slimy beyond words....

It's a shame that almost every African-American male on Reality TV from what seems the start have been lazy, sex crazed, or just don't take anything that serious.

With Marvin, we now have someone who may just be the worst of the worst.

Is there some sort of Hollywood Liberal racism at play here? Why can't they bring in a married dad, a business professional, a military man, someone that doesn't play into the cliche view that exists about African-American men. There are millions of hard working decent black guys out there, why do they always seem to select the ones they do for Reality TV?

But back to Marvin, this guy makes my skin crawl, I can't see how he can stay in much longer without getting a sexual harassment complaint against him.

No kidding! I mean can't they find somebody who's a bit more respectable? Or just don't put any African Americans on the show.... Or put ALOT more of them on just to balance things out (ie instead of just one or two, put 5,6 or 7 African Americans on the show) it's a crying shame what the producers of BB are doing....

Haha i'm thinking along the same line as well... well all i gotta say is the women of the house is going to have a tough time living with folks like him and it's a shame really.... BB should be about fair competition, not something to worry about "threatening" your life

Exactly. It's too bad that this season is going to be "predictably sucked" unless they start over and bring in a whole new set of folks replacing the existing ones :rolleyes

I think people are going to be a lot more upset at him by the end of the week ... BB has already told them that once the food's gone for the week that's it. He's blazing through it like it's neverending. No one's gonna buy his $215 pound guy thing when they're faced with pbj again. It's not just the taste of pbj; it's that it's 'punisment'.
