I taped it, as usual. But of course I fast forwarded to the end so I could post in here.

Jen and William got the boot tonight. The final two are Sam/Nicole and Dave/Jasmine.

I always thought that 'muscle weighs more than fat'. Isn't that true??

Liked this episode. I always heard that muscle does weigh more than fat, so whatever, William!

My prediction is that Dave and Jasmine win, based on the votes of the other eliminated couples.

I thought so. She really got the short end of the stick to be paired with William. CaberneT? C'mon. He didn't want to listen and didn't want to grow. His thick headedness caused them to loose.

Ummm....no....William is right...muscle is denser than fat, so one pound of muscle will take up less space than one pound of fat. Just think of it this way...1 pound lead weighs EXACTLY the same as 1 pound of feathers. You'll just have more feathers than lead, just like you'll have more fat than muscle......

I'm confused then. I thought that part of the whole weight loss thing was that sometimes people won't lose as much because they have more muscle and it weighs heavier when on a scale. I was sure that was how it worked. Learned something new!
