Richard is the annoying geek who also needs to be the center of attention. I didn't like him complaining after the dance routine, but I did like the dance. At least he was able to have fun with his goofyness.

Yip yip yip Noreen. I agree. So geeky it seems unreal but when you get past that you see the real feelings and emotions these guys have and often hide.
