The sister needs to grow up a bit, there are much more, shall we say, gentle, ways to say to someone I'm not sure about this relationship. Simplest response, "I don't know him, he is nice, he's polite, I'm looking forward to getting to know him". I learned a long time ago not to judge, I was so wrong about someone and hurt that person, it took a lot of heartfelt conversations to get her to understand I didn't mean harm.

There are ways of disagreeing with someone that are more diplomatic and how she treated JP was downright RUDE!!! She could have told Ashley after their meeting that she didn't see the connection but she did not have to attack him and basically tell him that he was not for her sister...that may or may not be Ashley's job!!!
I've finally discovered what's wrong with my brain: On the left side, there's nothing right, and on the right side, there's nothing left.
Kat really liked Ben, just because Ashley was goofy. There is a lot more to life than being goofy. Yes, it helps in the hard times, but so does quiet support and love.
Yay!! she is questioning whether she can value sis's opinion.

It's editing - no doubt throughout the season she had chemistry in spades with JP - My feeling is that they are trying to make us think she will pick Ben because the fam likes him but she goes with her heart and picks JP.
