I hope so...I would as well. I hope he knew and was just spouting what the producers told him, but either way he just does not look as invested in this as JP does...which may just mean that he is the smarter one and that I am still a romantic despite all the best efforts of the producers of this show to turn me to the dark side...like big sis.

When Ash and JP were lying on the bed after he'd given her his present, they started kissing. She kept kissing him from side to side. At one point she looked like she was kissing his ear to the left side. I imagined that she was telling him she loved him right then and there.

That's EXACTLY what I thought. And I think he said more back, because he kissed her on the ear that wasn't showing....
