Futoncritic is a great site. Their "source" is ABC's own spring 2009 press announcement of the 2009-10 schedule. These announcements are made at regular intervals, so that advertisers and agencies can plan their ad buying for that time period. It's not the sort of fact one really needs to "sleuth" or have an inside source. It's the everyday stuff of the network's calendar, which happens at definite intervals.

The series was renewed. It airs as a mid season replacement for DWTS in the Monday night slot. Just like Bach 13. With holiday specials, this means that it will likely premiere early January. We should make this a sticky!!!!

Jillian is hosting The Purple Event, a fashion show at the Atrium in NYC that is raising funds to raise awareness about epilepsy among 5th graders around the United States. The organization running it is the Annita Kaufman Foundation out of NJ. Elliott Yamin will be providing entertainment, and various celebrities will be in attendance.
The date is September 10th. Tickets are available to the public, and more information can be found at: Anita Kaufmann Foundation
