Forgot to mention: I listened to an interview with Jill on the phone with Good Morning LA courtesy of a link at JU. Jill and Ed are in Chitown, he was at a meeting and she was already in the apartment alone. Sadly, I fear this is going to be her life so I hope she's prepared and loves him enough to deal with all of the crap regarding his work and extracurricular activities.
Well, you know, he does have a very demanding job. He had to leave in midseason to go back because he was going to get fired, although apparently his boss saw how distressed he was and how in love he was so he allowed him to leave for another 4+ weeks.

I am sad for Jillian. I believe they will be at the Blue Frog a lot as well as at Cubs games but that is about it, and you can only take so much baseball IMO. But hey, that is what she wanted She'll be getting her Hot Dog Theory book ready to sell......i won't be reading it.
    My favorites: Reid and Kiptyn

Again, IMO, if they talked about it and there was full disclosure, how did either of them get hurt? Or is it more everyone else here who was hurt because she didn't choose Reid? IMO, Bloomers made a really good point - Jillian rejected Reid not once, but twice. She didn't have to send him home at F3 and she didn't have to reject him at the FRC. All those saying she just wanted a proposal and ring - REID OFFERED HER BOTH - and she turned him down. Is the opinion that Ed was such a fantastic master manipulator that he completely pulled the wool over her eyes and she couldn't see the truth? Or simply that she is that dumb? Or I guess, a little of both. My opinion only, but I feel like everyone is pushing everything off on to Ed and basically claiming Jillian was this completely innocent party who would have chosen her true love Reid if only she had known the truth. How do you know she doesn't know the truth?

And as to my comment in the previous post that some have commented on - no, it isn't everyone, but I have seen a few on here make comments about not being able to wait to see the fallout, etc., etc. To me, that is saying nothing more than you can't wait to see Jillian hurt - since these same people have been claiming she doesn't know and has been duped. In my opinion, wishing any kind of ill will on someone else - whether you know them or not - is just sick!
I know people have been using this as proof that Jill was never interested in Reid, but I would like to use an analogy to show a different perspective on this. What if you have 2 job offers, and the one you think you prefer will not offer you the salary you desire, while the other one does. You choose to take the higher offer and turn the other one down, and begin to make preparations to start this job, preparing for a move and whatnot, making an emotional investment in this new direction, getting very comfortable and excited about your decision and future. On the morning you are to begin employment, the declined job comes back at you with an offer of the desired salary; would you immediately change your mind when you had already committed to the other oppty? I know Jill hadn't yet told Ed yes, but in her mind she had committed to him, and switching gears at that point would have been an incredibly huge risk and taken mega guts for anyone to do. It wasn't a question of her heart just being torn, it would have required her to have had overwhelming feelings for Reid and minimal ones for Ed for her to feel comfortable backtracking at that point, which was not the case, as she had feelings for both.

    - an interview with one or more of Ed's girlfriends
    - PROOF of emails/texts from ED to said girlfriends including his comments about Jillian (which were supposedly negative), his lying to them about being in Texas when he was actually in Spain, etc etc etc
    - perhaps even a photo or two

My bet is US Weekly or one of the rags is going to pick up on this story eventually and run with it. We all know how the media is about stuff like this.

This is only going to have the full hurtful impact on both Jillian and Ed if Ed has not told Jillian all of the background.
If she already knows what is going to be revealed, it loses a great deal of its impact and ability to hurt.

Again, who gets hurt, imo, are the two girlfriends who lose all their privacy. What we don't know about them, someone will look up on the internet and spill.

In this game where the attempt is made to "roast the pig" at any and all cost, who really loses?

My heart goes out to the real losers.

I still don't care much for Ed, and if he has not told her about Lindsay and anyone else he may have been involved with while filming, then I hope it does blow up. Jillian deserves better than that. As far the poster who said what Jillian was doing would be equal to what Ed was doing, that's ridiculous. Jillian was on a reality show where she was dating 25 guys, and Ed came into that well aware of how it worked. Ed, on the other hand (if the rumors are true) deceived not only Jillian, but the two girlfriends as well. A little different, I'd say. Isn't Ed the one who told Jillian's mom that honesty is one of the most important things in a relationship?
Yes, he said this right after(I think) he lied about going back to Chicago for work, to her parents's...
We choose what we want to believe...I do believe Ed went home to deal with the gf thing...Funny how since that very crucial 2 weeks where Ed had to leave or risk being fired, his job seems to have gotten much more flexible!

I don't know. If RS has proof of emails and texts and he actually publishes them, I think it's going to be VERY hurtful to Jillian. She will be perceived as being DUPED bigtime by ED.

What I really don't understand is how she'll ever be able to trust him ever again.

If ED could do that to his exes, he'll do it to Jillian.

And on top of the scenario you described, Ed had spent time with Jillian's family and her father was obviously in favor of Ed being her choice. Even Reid mentioned that family being on board with your plan is tough to compete with. He didn't get that chance.

The question being asked again and again is how could a guy possibly go on a show with a girlfriend? Jesse from De's season anybody? He conned the girlfriend by telling her he was just doing it for the money and to promote his product and that he'd never get picked and would be back to her once he was let go. Well, Jesse was kept until the end and wound up falling for Deanna or at least the money they could make together. Ed however I think has not fallen for Jillian at all.

Where is everybody getting this news about text messages to former girlfriends where he talks trash on Jillian? Those could be juicy.
It's easy to be miserable. Being happy is tougher - and cooler.

You know..I am sure that Ed and Jillian talked about the "gf" issue..and settled it. It's between them for sure, and if RS is rude and mean enough to post it somewhere public, this is very cruel..Frankly, it's none of anyone's business.

Hey...many of us had bfriends then we met our future husbands..You dump the boyfriend and start dating your future
    dh. That's life..

Ed is no fool..and I believe he had to go to work because he said so. When you have a very important job, they expect you to be there. Funny thing about that.

I truly wish them the best..honestly..and all of us should, too.

There's a few more photos now at abc media net with the 5/23 date on them...at least one of Ed and Jillian beaming and another of Reid at the FRC site. I sure would like to know whether there was a dress rehearsal or why so few of the pictures have the 5/23 date. I can't see the camera used as I don't have a blow-up of them. But why would the same photographer change cameras for just a few shots? Also, some of the photos of Jillian and Ed at the FRC are either flipped horizontally or they swapped sides.

I'd like to know what some of Jillian's close friends (and her cousin Tori) think of all these Ed rumours. My bet is that some of them are very leary of Ed.
I lived in Vancouver for 10 years. Believe me, she will understand about expensive and small spaces. We had to move to buy a decent sized house...it's really, crazy expensive there, and a lot of the places are tiny.
