If I thought for a minute that there was no kernel of truth to what was being said, I would defend Ed to the hilt.

Do you have any proof? Or, am you basing your conclusion on opinion? I haven't seen proof of anything to make me question Ed at all. So I keep an open mind.

Classy has nothing to do with who is the next Bachelor. It has all to do with who can hold his own show and who is the most compelling to watch. IMO of course.

Which is exactly why I said...

but the show is over and from here on out it's their real lives to deal with, not mine. Everyone is making assumptions and judgements without having all the facts.

Reid says that you read all the blogs. If you are reading this, PLEASE tell Reid to run far, far away from the wacky folks in LA producing the Bachelor. I'd rather have him keep his integrity and not see him every week than have to put up with all the madness that ensues.

I think they pick the contestants based on their fan/rating base audience. Because in the end...its all about ratings.

Well Barack Obama had a good fan/rating base audience until recently but hey that's politics.

Is the implication that except on VH1 and MTV, America couldn't handle a truly mixed race dating show or a black or Hispanic or Asian bachelor or bachelorette? That's sad.

In fact come to think of it every other single reality show has mixed race casts except the Bachelor. Big Brother, Amazing Race, Survivor and on and on and on.

Oh wait isn't ABC owned by Disney.

ps regarding the feb 09 comment - im sorry guys- i felt stupid posting on the board and didnt want to say i was bff with Jill but was still wanting to keep you guys in the loop with everything.

just spoke to jIlly - im pretty sure she doesnt want me posting anymore so i will jet out now - but she did say that you guys HAVE been awsome and she HAS enjoyed reading all your posts - she is going to PM a few of you from my account later this week to thank a few who have been so sweet over the last year. She told me not to get all worried about the negative stuff ( geesh i love that girl ) and to just foccuss on the positive. so - thank you all who have posted such positive stuff - we love you and thanks for Watching jillys show !

I cannot believe she is a bff of Jillian's that's just wrong to lie that way..However I do hope that Jill and Ed are happy and they don't have to suffer over this crap for very long...let them enjoy their love for now even though it's probably not going to be forever...it's a right now kind of love..
she went thru hell on that show more tears than I ever remember seeing and she deserves to go out dance, drink and make merry with the man of her choosing..
