How would JEREMY know, was he there? interesting. Afterall he was fleiss by the master and did not see it coming. So unless Deanna said she did do it I would hold my fire.

| Re: Jason - Bachelorette 4 Babyface and Jeremy went to UT together - they hooked up with Brad in Austin after the season had aired. It is very conceivable to me that Jason would have talked to Jeremy by then. The "proof" for me that a full-blown proposal did occur, is that Deanna has never denied it. She is privvy to all of Jason's media interviews. While she is probably not seeking them out, I am sure that "friends" are asking her about this issue. If she didn't allow a complete proposal, she would have been denying it from the highest mountaintop, to save her reputation. Instead, silence....... |

Speculation at best, proof no. She does not have to come out and denied it. Right now in this time of her life she is visiting Jesse's family and spending time getting to know her future inlaws, why should she spent her time answering Jasons interviews? If they ask her when she is being interview then that is where she needs to address the situation. As long as her and Jesse knows the truth, and her family and friends too, then not answering someone who was dumped is no skin off her back. All Jason have to do is move on with his life. Nough said.

Hoopla? I think Jason is doing it just right. I think his fans are the ones pushing more for him to be the next Bachelor. That's a smart way of going about it. eta Maybe the DeAnna fans need to just ask DeAnna herself. I trust what Jason said...period!

| Re: Jason - Bachelorette 4 I don't think she's an idiot for not picking somebody who she was not in love with. She would have made a grave mistake in selecting Jason just to satisfy the audience and her family. Worst of all she would have affected the life and balance of a three year old.

| Re: Jason - Bachelorette 4 OK - I will jump in here just for a bit............ both D and Jason alluded to the fact that a full proposal WAS done by Jason - they spent time talking on the podium before and after his went on his knee - that was pretty much confirmed by the addition of SC's that were not part of the show - and by D's comment that she got caught up in the moment - to allude again to the fact that his time at the FRC was much longer than what was shown. Jason's words in the limo were NOT an audition by any means - everyone must remember that that is also spliced and diced to portray what we saw. As far as Jason having to return to his job on the monday after he completed filming - so have several other bach's - Gee - Andy for one - comes to mind. There is no way to measure how 'hurt' someone is - when they are hurt - that is a very subjective measure of someone's reaction to a situation - so to judge Jason as being less 'hurt' is rediculous - unless of course you are him. As far as him wanting to remain in the Seattle area - I can imagine that is a priority for him - seeing as his ex and him do have Ty to consider - so that is a personal choice that is his - and should not be judged by others as being a negative - especially seeing as he spends alot of time with his son. All one has to do is look at how Trista worked things out - when one falls in love - anything is really possible. [mod edit] I really like Jason - and there is a huge part of me that would not like to see him as the next bach - basically because some how - some way - he will manage to get torn to pieces - just like every single other bach/ette has - for doing something that goes against someones grain..................

I think the thing that most people have trouble with (besides the weird editing) is that her two finalists were so very different. Their distinct characteristics and personalities make it hard for each side to fully understand. If it had been a Jesse/Twilley finale or a Jason/Jeremy one -a lot less of this banter would be going on.

Let just say we were not there and dont know what when on, and she has a contract to uphold and there are certain things she cant and wont discuss. If it was not true do you think she should break her contract to satisfy him in answering his question? After all do we know that the producers did not require her to let him do that? didnt the producer let Jeremy come back with a lie been told to him? We all view the show but know nothing about what went on behind the scene. I want nothing from Jason nothing. Furthermore the way he protray himself on the show, to me he was too eager t please, and act as if Jesse did not matter and was no competition and he already won. I can see the scene where he got down on his knees before she even formula how to let him down easy, he was the one who always seem to be leading their conversation 99% of the time, and was the chaser instead of the one been chase. The chaser never wins. nough said

Whether one likes/dislikes his looks, job, personality, decision to be on the show, etc. I think that he is a very genuine person and that this has been backed up by the folks on the show - DeAnna most of all. I think that one particular trait is probably what appealed to the viewing audience and made him so popular.
