Is it me or does he seem to question Jesse's motives a bit, wonders if this is what he really wants?

There is another possibility --- that NONE of us hope true --- that there was never real concern of a relationship and Jesse was in on it as part of a publicity scam.

I brew this off before, but I did read mention at a couple of different sites that Jesse has interest in Zero beyond that of personal sponsor --- one site even referred to Jesse with ownership interest.

Momlady,great post. I still think the whole ex gf thing was hyped up to give the hunt sisters a little taste of famous and gets hits on their site. I think Jesse probably had a fling with Megan and perhaps Megan thought there was more to it. I think Deanna knows whatever this is to know and fine with it. For gosh sakes Jesse had to deal with her smooching all those other guys, having a meltdown over Graham, etc. Both had to be able to put the past in the past to make this work post show which they seem to do nicely.

They chose each other and wearing zero gloves is not going to change that.

In real life business and personal has been crossed, even when personal is over the business does not just end. How many people actually quit their jobs because a romance has ended. Most people just go on with the rest of their lives and not make major changes because the personl part ended at the work place.

I would be more concerned if he went over the top and cancelled any deals or promotions/ties with the company. This to me may indicate feelings not dealt with or things still going on.

If DeAnna felt insecure and was maybe making a stink, then I would worry of how much trust she puts into Jesse. Since DeAnna was cheated on, she may be sensitive to the ex if she is constantly in the picture. If Jesse has assured DeAnna it is over, and he behaves as it is over personally, the business part does not matter. Even if the ex thinks she is in the picture, it really depends on Jesse on were he is with the ex on a personal level.

In my mind, this shows a more mature Jesse and DeAnna instead of teens and puppy love that destroy any reminders of exes just to get even. It is not the materials that continue a relationship it is what is in the mind and how people think.

Jesse designs gloves for them but I doubt he has ownership interest, from what I can tell its a private family owned business, maybe I am wrong.

If Jesse was "in" on it in anyway it had to be pre show before he fell in love with deanna so if he was he may have realized it was wrong.

I don't think he was "in" on it. I think Megan got her feelings hurt a bit and decided to make the best of it and Jesse got thrown under the bus for a while and eventually they both put the past behind them and moved on, megan with her life and jesse with his, but the business relationship remains.

I doubted it, too, thought too screwy, too outrageous, but it has always bothered me that Jesse wore and passed out the Home Wrecker Ts ... and the rumors starting up about he and Megan.

Honestly, how does that make any sense unless the whole thing was planned out with Jesse in advance?

Jesse had the Home Wrecker Ts with him, before the rumors began and, as we know, Jesse was unable to communicate with Megan, or anyone outside, while on the show.

I think the HOMEWRECKER tees were just one of many tee ideas they came up with. Reading Megan's myspace and the zero website the hunt sisters seem to be quite playful, irreverant ladies. (calling Megan's husband a starter husband for instance) so if they came up with the homewrecker for Jesse because of Megan leaving her hubby after a fling with Jesse in Vegas I don't see how it adds up to some scam Jesse was in on.
Jesse was promoting zero on the show and still does. He admitted he was looking for exposure and not love. That is what makes it so cool it all worked out.

No one has doubted that Jesse's original intentions were to promote Zero, so I'm not sure why this keeps getting brought up or why it is important anymore. Do I believe he came on the show with less than stellar motives, yes...but motives can quickly change, and that's what happened. The show doesn't define people, it's what happens after, and, thus far, they're doing perfectly fine!

Zero Gloves must be loving all the attention here. We're doing a better job promoting Zero than Jesse

to me it makes it more romantic, sort of like the many plots of movie like this, (most recent I can think of is "HOW TO LOSE A GUY IN TEN DAYS" so you go into something like this thinking its just for fun and exposure and you get completely blow away and fall in love and the girl loves you back. Its pretty awesome
