I never got the impression he was lazy or lacked motivation, so it's nice to see positive articles like these that show what a great guy Jesse is. I've said it before, Deanna is a lucky girl. Hang on with both hands, girlfriend!

I've never been a big fan of this show until this year, got hooked on a certain southern gentleman, and stumbled across this whole site looking for BB information. now that I'm here, can't seem to draw myself away. and I know that many of my friends, are looking for everything they can lay their hands on in regards to the cast here. good or bad.

so, by deluding a whole group of the viewing audience*, Fleiss actually has driven up the viewership for projects in the future... and of course, we know that equates into more money!

**and by my reference to a 'whole group of the viewing audience' I mean the most of us who didn't buy the "soulmate" ending of Jesse and De. many of us are out here looking for resolution somehow that we will never find but feel we deserve somehow.

I must say looking over the new pictures of D and Jesse at Mt. Hood left a kind of a bad taste in my mouth because he is still schilling for Zero gloves, he had the big logo on his helmet. I realize he can't just walk away immediately but I do find it rather strange that he's still promoting his ex girlfriend's brand even in his personal pictures. I don't think I'd be so cool with that if I was D, but as long as she knows the deal and isn't being kept in the dark about anything then more power to them I guess. Now you all know I have taken up for Jesse countless of times but the combination of the pictures and then comments (like Ron's below) kind of left me curious. I guess only time will tell.

I hope they don't compromise their happiness for a pay check, or an endorsement, or a statement they made on t.v. that they don't whole heartedly believe. Like I've always said, this wasn't a contest to win. This was about family, and babies, and the rest of our lives.

It sounds more like sour grapes to me! And that he is miffed that Jesse ( who he really did not care for) got the girl!

Silvercreeklady, I enjoy your comments but Ron was never into DeAnna. I think there are even rumors that he asked to leave the show, don't know how accurate those rumors are.

I don't think Ron is attacking Jesse, or necessarily questioning him, just knowing what he knows from his interactions hoping that he really did fall for her. I can imagine that Ron left before Jesse started to fall for her, maybe all he knew about was Jesse's girlfriend and the sponsorship deal, and didn't see a connection in the limited time that he was there (doesn't mean there wasn't one). Maybe thats why he hopes that he really did fall for her and he isn't just going with the flow. I hope so too.

Like I said I've taken up for Jesse countless times on this forum, just sort of wondering out loud..

That's how I initially saw it. Ron and Jesse were never friends, whereas Jason and Jesse were and still are. Jason has nothing but good things to say about him.

I believe DeAnna knows a lot more about Zero Gloves and the promoting of it than we think. I know some people may not be comfortable with it, but if it doesn't affect the relationship (and it doesn't look like it has), than whatever works for them. They're happy, Megan's happy, Fleiss' happy... everyone has moved on

I don't think that he is the only one who has been questioning Jesse's real motives for having done the show. He was there and certainly has first hand knowledge of what was really going on, unlike the regular viewer such as myself.

just know I wouldn't be as cool with it as DeAnna seems to be, nor would I like my fiance having possible contact with the ex and schilling her products, but hey she knows what she's doing.

I have to consider the source. A lot of what Ron said on the show gave me a Jack Handey Deep Thoughts vibe, so it's hard for me to take him seriously. There's a reason they featured him in the "funniest moments" clip on the MTA show.

Those comments would sound different to me if they came from someone who was around Jesse until the end, someone like Jason. But Jason spoke to D & J last week and he said they're both "crazy-happy."

Jesse didn't let himself fall for DeAnna until the hometown date (after his parents confirmed they saw what he saw in her), and Ron was gone before then.
