Once my eyes were cleared of the delusions, I was able to see the true soulmate lovestory for the beginning.

And call me a romantic sap, but I think it was also symbolic of Jesse opening himself and his life up to De. It wasn't just gentlemanly of Jesse, he really cares for her. As always, JMO, and time will tell. If it turns out that it was all an act, then maybe Jesse's agent should forget about the reality show opportunities, and go for "real" acting roles. That last sentence made sense to me, anyway, LOL.

Here's another interesting thought (to me, anyway). As much as many posters have stated that they fell in love with Jason, Jeremy or Graham, and are disappointed and feel cheated by De (or the edit, etc.)...

I fell for Jesse from night one, and did not think that De would "choose" him. And in Jesse's words "I didn't think I would get any rose".

So I guess I am trying to say that due to (unfair) stereotypical prejudices, De and I were apparently "on the same page", except that I was ahead of her, because I detest judgments based on mainstream societal restrictions on appearances. So I will give her a rose that she apparently challenged her own preconceptions. Gosh, it's so hard to express in words how I feel, sometimes.

Hopefully we can believe De.

I felt so bad for the guy when they were on their way to the LCD and his voice crack when he said it could be his last date or the rest of his life and it is the scariest thing ever its no joke. Then when he cried just before he knew he was chosen oh boy if I could have reach through the tv and tell him, to hang in there and give him a hug I would, he was so scared that she would not chose him. When he ws in the plane he rub her arm and her legs naughty boy lol

I never even saw that she was reading his photo journal the morning of the FRC. Ha she left Jason with Jason did not take that one. Telling, God I am addicted this is not good.

I confess I love Jeremy his is a tall drink of cool water too. I did not like Deanna from Brad season but this season she change my opinion of her, because I feel for her she had a show to carry and it must have been a hard task. I was however impress that she look underneath the outer shell and see the person that Jesse is and fell for him and chose him in the end.

Yeah, to me it sure seemed like Jesse was so nervous about making a decision for his own happiness, but couldn't be sure that De would accept (it takes two). Seems very normal, to me.

And to anyone who criticizes the crappy edit where De's brother implied criticism (or non-acceptance) because Jesse seemed nervous...heck yeah, Jesse was probably nervous. Even if De had told him in advance that her family would be unconditionally accepting (which they were clearly not), I think he (or anyone) would have been nervous. JMO, but I think that De prepared Jesse in advance about her family, so he was extra ultra nervous.
