If they only dated briefly than what is all the fuss about! Sounds like a lot of gossip from some gal who fantasized herself as his "girlfriend". Like stated earlier...when he went on the show it SHOULD have been a clue that " He was not that into you".

And now that he is being seen all over kissing and engaged to another woman...she needs to move on with some dignity and stop making accusations that only make her look worse.

Is she trying to capitalize on his 15 minutes of fame? If so she is no less a fame seeker than she accuses him of being!

From what I've read here (and you can take that however you want it, I choose to take it with a pinch of salt); Megan was a married woman when she met Jesse. She started divorce proceedings either late last year or earlier this year.

I believe the interview process for this show is lengthy. We found out last year that Deanna was going to be the Bachelorette. We've heard that Jesse's cousin applied on his behalf. No idea when, but have to assume that it was when Deanna was announced as I read somewhere yesterday that there were 20,000 applicants (wow!).

Jesse was called in for an interview and then was notified that he had been accepted. According to the informants here on this board, the "romance" between Megan and Jesse was before he went on the Bachelorette, there are photo's of both of them together (nothing that confirms one way or another that they were an item) in Las Vegas at a show or convention sometime earlier this year.

Until both sides of the story can air their sides, we have only had one person's views (Megan's); and that was thru third parties and her MySpace site. Megan has retracted some of those accusations as well (some say at the hands of pressure from TPTB, who knows another rumor).

This could have all been on her side, could have been a casual dating scenario as others have said. Kresge, I agree, if there was something between them Jesse should have terminated it before going on the Bachelorette, that's why I choose to believe he has more integrity than that and there was nothing going on other than a casual relationship, which wouldn't have warranted anything other than her knowledge that he was going on the show (we all knew that she knew that, she's one of his promoters). I had one of those type of casual dating things when I was in my mid-20's (25 to be precise), the guy and I would date from time to time when we felt like it, it was great, especially when there was something I was asked to attend where you had to take a date.

That doesn't mean he is a bad guy, it just means Fleiss' editing created a weak fan base for Jesse~ which I find quite annoying actually!! While I don't want the F1 to be "in my face", I WANT to be invested enough to be thrilled when he finally does propose......instead I was left going "meh". Thank goodness for post show interviews ~ DeAnna seems jubilant!

Bottom line....I stand firm on the Megan issue, but I also stand firm in that what DeAnna chose to do with that information is none of my business. Though Jesse did come on the show with less than pure motives, it doesn't preclude him from falling in love with DeAnna and her with him, and, it appears, that is exactly what happened. I wish them much joy!

Regarding pbj sandwiches...I just wanted to comment that if he made those same comments, it doesn't surprise me BECAUSE that's his idea for marriage/kids. If someone (anyone) asked him, "So, Jesse, are you ever going to get married, have kids?" I think it just means that's what he really thinks if he gives the same answer. Doesn't mean he was planning on marrying that person. On another note, I've heard DeAnna say it, and I think Jesse underestimated himself where DeAnna's concerned. He thought, "Someone like her would never give me the time of day." But, as we saw, they both learned differently!

It's been pretty common knowledge that Jesse wasn't serious going into the show, but I really don't see how anyone can deny the feelings were real at the end.

Kate Brockhouse let us know that can be done. We also know Fleiss will go to any lengths to pull off his "happy ending." TPTB would certainly know the rumors were out there and, seeing where DeAnna's affections are heading, would energetically stick a cell phone in Jesse's hand. The only part of the rumor scenario that I refuse to believe is that Fleiss would never stick his gritty fingers into it.

My advice for the ex girlfriend Megan is for her to sell her story! Get paid. Unless ABC already paid her off then nevermind. I'm sure a radio station or one of the weekly tabloids would kill for the story even more if you have the emails and texts saved. Not to do it as revenge but as sort of redemption, to get her side of the story out. Besides you never know how Jesse might have spinned the story to D, maybe she only got half the truth, Jesse seems like a good salesman who can talk anybody into anything.

I think in a way the story has been "sold." From the very beginning her myspace was linked and zerogloves mentioned, etc. They are getting local press for being a Jesse sponsor and their tee shirts were the only really recognizable item he wore (said zero on the side) none of Jesse's other sponsors got quite that exposure. I still am a bit skeptical Jesse was emailing/calling on a regular basis, I can see a couple of texts but there have been some info it was nearly every day, others different. JMO

Very good point on the PGJs, and had there not been other things told to me by this same source that later played out on the screen, I would completely agree with you! Yet even taking that comment as generic and something he is likley to say to anyone, that fact that my source was aware of it at all proved to me he/she was a friend as disclosed.

As for your last statement (bold), I say amen to that! Laying Megan aside, we know Jesse was there for some very tangible money. In the end, he and De seem to have found something special and I wish them the best

does sounds like a credible source, do they state that Jesse kept Megan hanging on until the very end, encouraging her to wait for him? just curious, understand if you can't reveal
