I'm glad to see people posting in the Jeremy thread again - it was pretty quiet on this thread after last night! I have to say that if he does get sent home next week (or ever for that matter), then my heart will break for him. I'm sad just thinking about it. I completely see what could be love between them but I'm not sure Deanna is ready to reciprocate it. I think she could be if she wanted to but it's her call whether she's up for it. I think they could have a great life together. I like Jason too, but there's just something about Jeremy that has completely touched my heart this season. I wish nothing but the best for him no matter what happens!!

IMHO,

Brief thanks to Fleiss for Jeremy having the longest Hometown Visit segment.
Other than that I dislike evil Fleiss, the drama opportunist.

I totally am in awe of Jeremy sharing his journal and family pictures with DeAnna. I think his willingness to be vulnerable and emotionally intimate with DeAnna (and on camera)in that way says more about his feelings and trust for her and the strength of his character than any other single thing he could have done.

However, regardless if Jeremy is F1, 2, 3 or F25, I think Fleiss could have filmed and shown Jeremy reading the journal, but used a DeAnna or Jeremy VO or PI to tell about it, so that Jeremy could have kept the actual content of the journal between himself and DeAnna. He should have been allowed to keep it private for himself, his family and his future family.

Other random thoughts:

I would rather see Jeremy’s organized minimalist closet rather than a massive closet packed with name brand clothes ala Sean or a kitchen filled with cabinet and shelf labels ala Jesse.


Here are my three preferred scenarios:

1. Jeremy is F1
2. Jeremy and Jason are both great guys and have such different lives that I would like DeAnna to give them both chance in a real world, without cameras and microphones. They could date, spend time with families and friends, travel together, see daily routines and lifestyle. However, Jeremy’s time must include time when flybylove is available and hopefully include time with any nieces or nephews.

3. If Jeremy became F3, DeAnna would realize how much she missed Jeremy and ask TPTB for an opportunity to talk to Jeremy and see if he was willing to meet her family so she get their input and see how he interacts with a big OPA family-great is my guess.


My other hope is that since DeAnna told both Jeremy’s brothers and his sister in law that she was worried that Jeremy was too perfect, that she actually talked to Jeremy about her fears and also asked him to explain why he thought he needed her. Those are two very important discussions to have. Hopefully there were those discussions but Fleiss just didn’t show it. Fleiss just wants us to keep giving us a one dimensional view of Jeremy doing all the talking and sharing. (How many real life guys share like that?-way to go Jeremy!!!!!)

Jeremy said he didn’t have expectations of DeAnna to be perfect, but she certainly seems to feel the pressure to match her vision of his perfect life and the promise he made to his mother. Pretty powerful and scary stuff. Maybe she could ask him, "I’m a southern small town girl who works as a bartender who likes to relax and have fun and I don’t have a 4 year college degree-how does that fit in your vision for a life partner?
I'd trust Jeremy to come up with some great, wonderful answers.

After watching the HTD with Jeremy, I have to say that I think Deanna has more feelings for him than we are being led to believe. I'm not saying he's F1 (although I'd be so excited for them), but I just noticed the little interactions while they were together. She kept scratching his back while they were on the balcony and she had her head on his shoulder while he was reading the journal. She also scratched his hand the same way she did with Graham. Now I need to re-watch the Jason HTD to compare! Regardless of who she chooses, I just see that she has more feelings for him than we are being led to believe.

Nothing about this show is real.They show us what they want and keep us to see the real things.
I just rewatched the show ,and realized many things
The conversation Graham had with De outside his house hasn't been shown to us completely.I am sure she said something to her that shut him off.I am not saying he did a right thing but I am just saying he opened up to her as much as he could and he didn't expect her to question that again and over and over.
I am sad for those men coming to this show and expose themselves to million of viewers ,being judged ,being hurt,being shown different than who really are,...
I wasn't a fan of Graham at the beginning but last night I realized that he tried hard to put up with the show and what did get at the end?
I thing among those guys ,someone were real ,Jeremy,Graham,Jason,Fred,Rich ard,...
I don't know how it is gonna be for them after this show in real life .I don't know if it gets easier for them to date and find the one or the show just ruined everything for them.
I know the show caused Jeremy his job ,I don't know about the others.

I agree that De clearly has feeling for Jeremy, I just don't think that they are romantic love. I think that she cares for him, feels for his pain because she understands it, thinks that he is a wonderful guy (and who wouldn't) but I just keep getting the vibe that she's not falling for him in the way that he has for her. I even think that she wishes she had, because he is "perfect", but for some reason her feelings never blossomed for him completely. She seems to comfort him a lot - even her response to his declaration of love next week seems more "ah, how sweet" as she says "come here" and kisses him. She is the "boss" in this relationship and I don't think that this is what she is looking for.

Jeremy is going to make some girl a fantastic husband, but it isn't going to be De.

IA. I would be happy if DeAnna picked Jeremy, because I know he would treat her right. I do think she cares, but she doesn't think she is good enough and struggles to see herself in his life.
