Again, I will not see the show until 4pm eastern time, but based upon what has been described, frankly, I think it is nice to have the focus on the men and their attributes rather than on the women for a change.

The interviewer put her on the defensive by asking "devil's advocate" kinds of questions.

That said, I do think she likes Jesse.

yes she spoke positively of both but seemed to back pedal with ryan and the interviewer caught it and had we seen their faces while she was asked if he went far I think it may have been more telling, JMO

I'm sure Ellen was given the 411 on how to handle that situation. She knew DeAnna wouldn't be able to reveal anything so she played around with the questions but NEVER pressured her.

I won't get to see Ellen until 4PM Pacific time - but from everyone's description of it - it really sounds like this is the way Fleiss and DeAnna are playing it out: letting it unfold one episode at a time. Letting us get to know the guys the way she did. Gee - it is sort of like what Jesse told her at the Meet & Greet - he did not go online to find out anything about her beforehand so they could get to know one another at the same speed. Therefore - she is not going to reveal anything about IF she picked anyone (I think she did), being in love, or if they are seeing each other. She is doing a good job at it. She is also doing a good job of promoting the show and getting seen on other ABC shows (DWTS, GMA). The bottom line for this season - we aren't going to be getting anything from her. We will have to rely on Screencaps, and any info we can get from the guys.

The obvious question is: Why would this question be off limits to Ellen IF the couple were happy and been getting together. This is a question that, to my knowledge, has ALWAYS been asked and answered.
