Re: Bachelorette 4 Media thread

I appreciated Deanna's honesty about the real estate market - her chosen line of work before the show. I believe she's fairly inexperienced in that field, too (recently licensed.) I don't have any problem with them making money from their fame. Nike already owes Jesse a contract for promoting those pink shoelaces (Nike 6-O) or is there one already? (the cynic in me asks.) I would love to see their wedding next year. Can you imagine the drama of De planning the wedding? And I will be expecting to see some footage from the cutting room floor.

Great interview, I laughed and smiled with them.

I'm thinking there might be one already. He was very careful about naming the product, something he's quite good at when working a sponsor's name into a conversation.

ABC should have let him handle the Ticori diamond shpeil on his own. That was as far from subtle as it gets!

Obviously their 15 minutes hasn't quite run out yet, they are still doing interviews and such. I'm sure it will come soon enough, and I'm sure there are many people out there who will enjoy watching them for awhile. I think, though, that there is a danger in them thinking it will go on indefinitely. They will have to settle down to real life soon enough. Hopefully Trista and Ryan gave them some encouragement in that area.
I want to see more of Jesse on TV and hope he finds something. He has such an expressive face. That sexy look on the beach with his wavy hair blowing, intense with Deanna's dad, awestruck closeups when shopping for rings (his eyes are beautiful, you should look at them), challenging when he asked for the rose on the theatre date (the finger tapping on the glass), charming on the mountain talking about riding the chairlift into the sunset ... swoon....
I'm too old for this, back to reality. He did have some dreadful PIs. I don't know if that would translate well into some kind of acting roles. He's just so good at being himself - that's what I want to see more of. Bottom line, when those 15 minutes are up I'm going to miss that face!

Re: Bachelorette 4 Media thread

Jason was back on the Seattle radio show Chatwithwomen.com Tuesday, July 29th. You can listen by looking under the archived show "Chatting With Pam & Rochelle (fast forward to minute 45). The ladies are sponsoring a charity meet & greet event to benefit the Kirkland Boys & Girls Club from 5:30 to 9:00 pm on Thursday, Aug. 14th at the Waterfront Restaurant in Kirkland. The ladies discussed the details of the event and how to get tickets on their radio show today.

The NIke 6-0 is already a popular shoe...but they are an OREGON Company and Nike would be crazy not to use them to promote sales.

They should milk it as long as they can. The are also under contract for at minimum a year and longer if they do the wedding! Bully for them if they get some compensation in the meantime.

Like DeDe said ..the real estate market is not exactly booming at the moment.

They are obviously VERY VERY happy..and aparently from the comments of the show..it shows even when the cameras are not turned on!

Re: Bachelorette 4 Media thread

I'm not sure how to post links on this site that meet the rules, but a link to zero gloves came in my Gooogle alerts this am...
I think it's interesting after all the hubbub about the GF, etc, Zero Gloves is enjoying the publicity J/D are getting, even posting the People pic of them from Mt. Hood, and pointing out the gloves DeAnna is wearing!! So I guess all of them have moved on...

I got notification of that one yesterday, not via the same route but a similar one. Funny how the publicity from DE/JE is benefitting Megan and her company now isn't it?
