Been lurking a while reading what everyone has to say and am just heartbroken that it has been concluded that Jesse is F1. I agree with many of you that saw the love story with Jason and didn't see anything remotely close with Jesse. What I don't understand about them cancelling the Engagement Party episode is didn't they know that Jason was a fan favorite? If any of Fleiss's minions are lurking or even posting on the boards, could they not see that Jason, Graham, and Jeremy had the biggest fan bases? Jesse's fans were few and far between. Heck, even some of the earlier rejected bachelors had more fans than he did. It just doesn't make sense that they would schedule the Engagement Party and cancel it because of the backlash with Jesse being F1. If they read the boards, wouldn't they already know with how they edited this season that there would be a backlash?

Never posted before, but I am reading the transcript from DeAnna, and this is what she says about the finale:

Moderator: "Have you noticed the differences you being in this position rather than the last time you were in this position?"

DeAnna: "Oh absolutely, this is a good surprise. With Brad, I kept it a secret, because I wanted to know if someone could figure out what in the world happened. I didn't want anyone to know the outcome of the show because I didn't understand. And I went through a break up by myself and I didn't understand it. Now this part, this is a happy ending, and it's a good surprise and I don't want everyone to know because I want everyone to watch it. When you see the final episode, it's so good. You're going to laugh, and you're going to cry, and it's just a beautiful episode, I think it's the best one by far."

I know there are a lot of people who now think that Jesse is F1, but with what DeAnna says here, I have a hard time believing that. She's watching every episode, and is able to see how TPTB are portraying the relationship between Jason and DeAnna and how most people would be completely shocked and disappointed if Jason was not F1. Jason not being the final one would not be a "good surprise".

Of course, just my opinion!

Hi AliasSarah...Did you see the fireworks tonight in the city? I just got back, they were amazing reminded me of Jason's and Dee's FD...I still think Jason is F1 and keeping it by FAITH...We all just have to wait and see on Monday night

don't you all think that it's just a "red herring" that it's now Jesse as F1? Why are there so many little videos and clips of Jason moments compared to Jesse moments? Even on the DeAnna Tells All, most of the talk was about Jason....Chris Harrison talked about him...and they seemed to spend way more time talking about Jason and Ty. Even Ellen talked about Jason (saying he was her favourite). In DeAnna's interviews (various ones posted online), she spends way more time discussing Jason....then just a few comments about Jesse. Now, IF Jesse were truly F1... you would think that there would be WAY more Jesse posts, discussions, cute video clips, etc. (certainly more talk about Jesse from Chris Harrison, too)... touting the merits of Jesse as F1. I just don't see it (and certainly don't want to believe it!).

Did you guys notice that in one of the board game cards she says, 'Ask Jay a question.' Didn't someone say that she used that as an answer as to who she picked?

No, I didn't go to the fireworks. Way too many people! I went once and we ended up watching them on Michigan Ave. It is just so confounding to me how so many FORTers can go from being soooo excited about DeJay and then the announcement of the Engagement Party special earlier this week to a complete 180 with Jesse being F1. I was going to say this has been an awesome season with all the drama...but also a love story unfolding right before our eyes. I would really hate to think that all of us have been duped!

That just screams Jesse as F2 to me. I joked before that I could picture her asking him to be one of her bridesmen and him being completely up for it since it seemed like they had built up a nice friendship.
