Some think it was dubbed. Some not. However, it is interesting that the necklace wasn't shown... I don't know though. He may have given her a sand dollar, but he was talking about giving his heart to her, so the heart necklace makes sense too.

She gushes about the men in order to give equal lip service. Each phrase in and of itself means nothing really. She talked about all the F3 favorably and seriously. Remember, she had a bond with Jeremy that she shared with no other man ever in her life because his parents died. She also had that same bond with Jason the night he asked her about her mother. That is the way the game goes, it is part of the rules.

I agree with you in a sense that I think she is sincere. I do absolutely believe that she is instructed not to give away the ending, so in that sense what she chooses to say is likely, imo, deceptive. So, again, I don't think she says things that are not true she just chooses what to say and not to say. Jesse is, in ALL likelihood more than this crazy guy w/pink shoe laces. She kept him until f2, so we know she liked him to some degree. She is a gusher both orally and physically form what I've seen. It's interesting that Brad was SO criticized for this type of behavior, but not so with DeAnna.

Thanks for the reply. I was watching that part of the epi in slo mo AGAIN and it is not clear at all what the pendant is. I just thought it might be a clue...I am a huge Jason/DeAnna fan so I am looking for whatever I can to assure myself they are happily ever after at this point.

Hopefully this is my last post before the farce plays out.

Watch the interview where the book and game are found. Don't just oooh and awww over the photos, but listen to the words. At one point the (clueless) interviewer says..."What about that secret date you and Jesse went on..." DeAnna has a panicked look on her face and turns her face off camera for her handler to tell her what to say. She stumbles around and comes back with..."oh, the secluded island in the Bahamas..." Before she figured out the question was about the Last Chance Date, it appeared as though she thought the interviewer had discovered the ending and was questioning her on that. This bothered me when I watched yesterday, and with today's revelation in the Paid Audience thread by cape, it looks like the endgame - regardless of screencaps and edits - is Jesse.

I'm not changing my Rose Game pick from Jason, because, as with Bevin and Moana, I'll stick with him against all evidence to the contrary.

Even though this is the Media thread, I'll add, that after reflection, I do see that she and Jesse are more at the same level in their lives. Both still want the adventure without the settling down part. I think on her pro and con list, adventure and risk won out over hearth and home. If the Jesse rumor about the g/f pan out, she'll take that into consideration, but won't let it deter her from what she sees she wants out of this show.

If it is Jesse,it will be interesting to see the ratings for the Engagement Party and any that may follow. If Jeremy does tell her about Jesse ,then she already know this before she takes them home to meet Dad!

I'm not sure if anyone is interested but there is a sneak peak up on the ABC Bachelorette website where DeAnna talks about her F2 choices.

I found it interesting that she used the word "love" with Jesse.
